1) My order says $0 when at checkout, does that mean my order is free?

No, we do not accept credit card donations, All donations are given in cash at the time of pick up or drop off.

2) WHERE DO I PICK UP MY CURBSIDE ORDER?

We have two curbside pickup locations. Once you place your order, the Budtender on duty will text you which location to pick up your order. After you arrive at the location, confirm with your Budtender your specific location.

3) HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

On the checkout screen, you will be prompted to provide us with your desired delivery location. After the order is placed, you will also need to schedule your delivery time. Delivery times vary and generally can take 30-45 minutes. On some occasions longer wait times may occur. Once we receive your order and booking information, the Budtender on duty will confirm when she/he is on the way.

4) HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Between 30-45 minutes of your scheduled delivery time. We operate on a first come first serve system, so delivery times may vary. On some occasions longer wait times may occur. We ask that you be patient with our staff.
