CURBSIDE PICKUP
We have two curbside pickup locations. Once you place your order, the Budtender on duty will text you which location to pick up your order. After you arrive at the location, confirm with your Budtender your specific location.
DELIVERY SERVICES
On the checkout screen, you will be prompted to provide us with your desired delivery location. After the order is placed, you will also need to schedule your delivery time. Delivery times vary and generally can take 30-45 minutes. On some occasions longer wait times may occur. Once we receive your order and booking information, the Budtender on duty will confirm when she/he is on the way.
Delivery time can range from 30-45 minutes of your scheduled delivery time. We operate on a first come first serve system, so delivery times may vary. On some occasions longer wait times may occur. We ask that you be patient with our staff.
RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If You are not satisfied with an item in your order you can exchange it for another item in our inventory within the same donation tier or less. We do not provide refunds on donations.
REFUNDS
We only accept donations. Donations cannot be refunded.
